As a Senior Executive, Board Member, and Strategic Advisor, Roger Hebden brings 25+ years of leadership in multimillion-dollar healthcare organizations. Roger has driven revenue growth and delivered results for firms working in the Federal contracting space as well as for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Dell, and IBM. While serving in various leadership roles, he led by fostering buy-in among teams around a common vision. Further, his track record reveals a history of developing and launching healthcare technology from concept to market.

Roger was the CEO of Livanta, a healthcare quality oversight firm supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The company's mission is to ensure Medicare beneficiaries are happy with their healthcare and receive the right care at the right time. Roger doubled revenue from $39M to $80M over 5 years and led the company to a successful exit. Roger prepared Livanta for sale, worked with the investment banking community and successfully led negotiations with an acquiring PE firm to close the deal and ensure a smooth post-transaction transition.

Earlier in Roger's career, he co-founded and scaled an IT firm from startup to $12M in revenue and helped the company successfully navigate the turbulent times during the dot-com era.

Retired President and CEO, Erie and Niagara Insurance Association

Norman Orlowski Jr. retired in 2026 as the President/CEO of Erie and Niagara Insurance Association: a property and casualty insurance company writing in New York State. He joined Erie and Niagara in 1992 and served as its Chief Financial Officer prior to becoming President/CEO in 2014. Under his leadership the company has been a Ward's 50 Benchmark Group of property and casualty companies recognized for outstanding achievement in the area of financial performance since 2019.

He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Canisius College and his CPA designation while working as a Senior Manager in audit services at the Buffalo office of KPMG LLP.

Stacy Walton, a seasoned healthcare executive with over three decades of experience, has dedicated herself to improving patient care, driving innovation in specialty pharmacy, and shaping strategic growth across the healthcare industry.

Stacy's career began as a registered nurse in critical care environments, gaining a profound understanding of patient needs, teamwork, and clinical precision. Her hands-on experience provided the foundation for her leadership, grounding her executive decision-making in patient realities.

As Manager of Clinical Practice at Olsten Health Services, Stacy oversaw infusion therapies for complex and chronic conditions, balancing clinical oversight with operational management and ensuring compliance while developing innovative approaches to patient care. This role defined her career trajectory.

Stacy's pivotal move to specialty pharmacy with OptumRx marked a decade-long leadership journey. She oversaw specialty clinical programs for oncology, immunodeficiencies, and neurologic illnesses, coordinating national accreditation efforts with URAC, ACHC, and VIPPS standards. This experience demonstrated her ability to balance regulatory rigor with patient-centered innovation, advancing specialty pharmacy and setting new quality benchmarks.

Marc Nocera is a seasoned healthcare executive, strategic business advisor and commercial real estate investor with broad expertise in advising public and privately held companies. Mr. Nocera joined Allergan in 2014 (Teva Pharmaceuticals acquired Allergan's Actavis division in 2016). Prior to joining Allergan/Actavis and later Teva, Mr. Nocera served as commercial counsel to Johnson & Johnson's over-the-counter (OTC) drug business, widely recognized for the complete line of TYLENOL® acetaminophen products, skincare products Neutrogena® and Aveeno® and nutraceuticals.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Nocera served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Jupiter-based Holtec International, a leading manufacturer in the energy industry. Mr. Nocera was an attorney with national boutique health law firm Frier Levitt where he represented dietary supplement maker Verified Nutrition. He also served as lead M&A counsel at Lupin Pharmaceuticals where he consummated significant acquisitions and divestitures with Sanofi, Sunovion and private equity firm Water Street Healthcare Partners. Mr. Nocera earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, his undergraduate degree in International Relations from University of Delaware and attended Wharton's General Management Program (GMP).

She also is a national speaker on topics including parent coaching, communication skills and mental health and dependency education.

Amara is former Chair of the Dallas Bar Association's Peer Assistance Committee and Highland Park ISD's Parent Education Committee. She founded Dallas One Love, a non-profit raising awareness about the warning signs of relationship abuse; and is a member of community committees which support mental health and substance abuse, including CARE and Highland Park ISD's HOPE committee.

Brad has spent over thirty-five years defining, evaluating, and communicating financial and operational risks for his clients in the health and long-term care industries. He is an innovative professional who can plan and deliver effective strategies and bring key stakeholders together in a rapidly evolving environment.

As one of the founding partners of Continuing Care Actuaries, he has been instrumental in growing the firm to provide half of all actuarial consulting services to the senior living industry, including two proprietary software products.

Brad developed his financial expertise in his time with a Big Five accounting firm and has continued to provide audit support for a wide variety of clients.

In addition to his work in senior living, his work includes large self-funded health insurance programs (both government and private), assisting a state in developing their health care exchange after passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act as well as calculating retiree health care liabilities in excess of $1 Trillion annually. Brad has consulted with several federal, state, and local government entities on health care issues, including the Department of Defense, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the State of West Virginia. Brad has been utilized as an expert witness several times.

Most recently, he served as CEO of Club Car Wash, a 250-unit car wash chain based in Missouri. Before Club Car Wash, he was the President and CEO of the Wendy's division of NPC International, the largest Wendy's franchisee. During his tenure at NPC, Carl led that organization to their most successful year prior to its sale.

Carl also served as Co-CEO of Barnes & Noble, where he helped design and roll out the new store prototype that accelerated their turnaround. Prior to Barnes & Noble, Carl served as head of National Operations and Customer Experience at Advance Auto Parts, a multi-billion-dollar auto parts retailer serving both retail and commercial customers. Carl began his career at Starbucks where he spent 14 years, including overseeing growth of the NYC market, running operations in Australia and being CEO of their Switzerland and Austria business.

Eric Wojtkun holds a BS in Military History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Legal Studies in Homeland Security from California University of Pennsylvania.

He is a US Army Infantry Veteran with two deployments.

Eric retired after 20 years with the FBI, where he worked and managed Criminal, Cyber, Crisis Response and National Security cases from the case agent to the national level. His significant cases included a precedent-setting process for crimes against children in 2004–2005, and he served as a nationally recognized response team supervisor and trainer.

He is currently a certified Focal Point Executive Coach, Strategic Advisor to tech start ups, and public speaker on national security and law enforcement matters.

As Executive Vice President, Partner, and Board Member of Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC, Andrew was a major contributor to scaling the business from the ground up, growing it to $100M+ in system-wide revenue across 150+ franchise locations in 38 states, while navigating the full complexity of a multi-state, PE-influenced healthcare environment. He led the nationwide expansion of the franchise system while increasing enterprise value, executing strategic initiatives that improved unit economics and shareholder returns.

He oversaw multiple facilities with a focus on regulatory compliance, business and financial operations, and clinical performance. His deep understanding of market dynamics and demographics was instrumental in building out the 150-clinic system. This work culminated in a successful exit to private equity, where he led the due diligence and integration process firsthand. Having operated on both the founder/operator side and the acquirer/PE side of M&A, Andrew brings a rare, dual-sided perspective to advisory work.
